1. Information we collect

Mazemonyx uses a limited amount of information to run the game on Reddit. This may include your Reddit username, Reddit player identifier, subreddit name, Reddit post or comment identifiers, run identifiers, maze identifiers, gameplay results, attempt counts, completion times, collision and key results, leaderboard records, creator-maze content, in-game progression, optional share-comment text, and technical or operational metrics.

Game progression may include daily maze records, creator-made maze records, training progress, crown records, coin balance, reward history, owned skins, and equipped cosmetics. Creator-maze content may include titles, descriptions, difficulty, maze layouts, tags, creator attribution, publish status, and related Reddit post data.

Mazemonyx may also use local browser or device storage for creator drafts and editor state. That local draft storage stays on your device unless you publish content through the game or choose to clear it locally.

2. How we use information

We use this information to operate Mazemonyx, including to:

• load daily mazes, creator mazes, and training routes
• save run results and show leaderboards
• track attempts, wins, streaks, crowns, and training progress
• manage coins, unlocks, and equipped cosmetics
• let players create, preview, publish, and play creator mazes
• support optional win sharing to Reddit comments after a manual player action
• diagnose reliability, performance, security, and moderation issues

Mazemonyx does not ask for passwords, private messages, or other direct login credentials.

Operational metrics may include aggregate counters and per-event unique player markers for game views, maze starts, wins, sharing, editor actions, publishing, and playable-post readiness. These are used to understand game health, diagnose issues, reduce abuse, and improve reliability.

3. What may be public on Reddit

Some Mazemonyx activity is meant to appear publicly on Reddit as part of normal gameplay. This may include leaderboard entries, creator attribution on published mazes, published maze titles and descriptions, published maze content, run summaries, Reddit post links, and comments you choose to submit through the share feature.

If you publish a creator maze or share a result comment, that content can be visible to other Reddit users under normal Reddit and subreddit visibility rules.

4. Optional comment sharing

Mazemonyx may let you share a recorded win into a Reddit comment thread. This is optional and only happens after a clear manual action from you.

When Reddit user-action support is available and approved, the comment may be submitted on your behalf. If that is unavailable or fails, the same share flow may fall back to app-authored submission. The shared comment may include your selected share text, a summary of the win, and related maze or post information.

5. Retention

Mazemonyx keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to run the game, maintain leaderboards, preserve creator content, keep historical daily posts playable, support moderation, and meet legal or platform requirements.

Public Reddit posts, public comments, leaderboard history, moderation records, and published creator mazes may remain available where needed for game integrity, community history, platform rules, legal compliance, security, or abuse prevention.

6. Privacy requests and contact

Mazemonyx does not currently provide an automated in-game export or deletion tool. For privacy requests, data questions, or support, contact us on Reddit at u/Powerful-Front3205. We will review requests based on the information reasonably available to us and the requirements that apply to Reddit, Devvit, moderation, security, and legal compliance.

Some data may not be removable by Mazemonyx if it is controlled by Reddit, already public on Reddit, required for moderation or legal reasons, or needed to protect the integrity and security of the game.

7. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as Mazemonyx, Reddit, Devvit, or legal requirements change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
